How You Can Help

Whether you have more time than money

or vice versa

There's a way you can help the horses

Would you be willing to display a poster at your workplace to collect used cell phones? We will provide you with a poster and a collection box, and will arrange a convenient way for you to drop them off. Recycled cell phones provide a small but steady stream of funds. A planet-friendly way to help provide necessities like veterinary care to the horses.

Would you be willing to collect aluminum cans for us? With a clean trash can and tightly fitted lid, you can create a small recycling center almost anywhere. Write "aluminum cans only" on the container and make a small can-sized hole in the lid. We will arrange a convenient place for you to drop them and we'll handle the recycling for you. Another environmentally friendly way to contribute to the well-being of the horses

Would you be willing to help collect gently worning clothing for our Oct. 20th Fall Rummage Sale? We will email you directions on how to easily ask for donations and pick them up without ever talking to anybody! You'll need two to three hours on two separate days to be a huge help to us.

Would you like to sponsor a horse? For a small monthly donation, you will receive a photo of your horse, a monthly newsletter from him or her, and visits out at the ranch. Sponsor for as little as $10 a month.

Would you like to volunteer for horse care, fund-raising tasks, or offer another skill? Horse care volunteers must take classes to become familiar with horse anatomy, social behaviors, body language, and safe handling of equines. If you are horse proficient already, we'd love to meet you. Or if you raise money with the greatest of ease as some people do, email us for opportunities that come with invitations to visit the herd when you're out this way.

We would love to hear from you if you think any of these ideas fit your time and committment level.
